This product uses STC15W4K32S4 single chip microcomputer (with dead zone control), a double-knife relay, an IRF3205MOS tube to control the positive and negative rotation of a DC motor.
The XBLW LM2904 monitors the motor current in real time. If the motor is blocked and generates large current, the MCU detects and stops the action immediately and waits for the next instruction.
XBLW LM2596 module provides external voltage step-down power supply single chip microcomputer, users can change other step-down module, because it is convenient to wide voltage input, so this module is used.
Operating instructions:
A. Power on the instant digital tube display external input voltage, at this time the motor stops. Note: This product is based on automotive electronics 12V and 24V design, when the external voltage is greater than 16V as 12V processing, and vice versa as 24V voltage processing.
B. When the motor switch is pressed, the motor PWM accumulates rotation. At this time, the digital tube shows the running current of the motor, and holds the motor with needle-nose pliers. When the current exceeds the set value of 0.8S, the motor stops immediately and the digital tube flashes.
C. Press the switch button again, and the motor starts to operate again. Press Left or Right to reverse the motor. It needs to be explained here that the motor commutation will produce a large current for an instant (although the MCU comes with dead zone control), so the software delay is about 0.4S.
D. Press No.1 key and No. 2 key together to adjust the threshold current, the user can adjust the current range (set range: 2A -- 7A), exit the automatic power failure save to EEPROM(XBLW 24C64)
