The XBLW LM4040 is a low-power , high-precision , shunt bandgap voltage reference that provides five standard output levels: 2.5V/3.0V/3.3V/4.096V/5.0V, covering four initial accuracy levels (A/B/C/D) . It is compatible with SOT23-3L/SC70-5/TO-92 packages and is pin-compatible with the general-purpose LM4040, allowing for seamless replacement of existing designs and significantly reducing board modification costs and development cycles.
