XBL4005 is a 40V/5A PWM synchronous buck converter launched by Xinbolao, which adopts 300kHz fixed frequency control.


Integrated high-efficiency power MOSFET and multiple protection mechanisms. Its 0.8V~37V output and maximum 100% duty cycle characteristics,


It can cope with complex voltage scenarios in industrial sites and significantly improve the power supply reliability of communication base stations and vehicle power systems. 93% conversion efficiency + short circuit protection enables zero-downtime operation of equipment under severe working conditions.

This circuit is a typical application circuit of XBL4005. The input voltage is filtered by CIN (220μF/50V) and then connected to the VIN pin of the XBL4005 chip. The chip controls the switching action of the SW pin through the internal circuit, with inductor L1 (33μH/5A) and diode. D1, the output capacitor COUT (330μF/25V) implements the boost function. The output voltage VOUT is divided by the feedback resistors R1 and R2 and then fed back to the FB pin. It is set by the formula VOUT=0.8*(1+R2/R1). It also has overcurrent, overheating and other protection functions.
